WELCOME!

Thank you for your interest in Aster + Quail Studio, Ltd.  All of our products are handmade in our studio in New York City.  Our paper florals are hand dyed or hand painted, unless otherwise mentioned.  

PAYMENT

All prices are in US dollars.  We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay.  Full payment must be received before an order ships.  Deposits may be required for larger or custom orders.

Other payment methods, like personal checks, may be available for larger custom orders.

SHIPPING

In an effort to save paper, we will not automatically send you a packing slip with your order. If you do need one, please be sure to leave a note and we will be happy to include one.

Our goal is for our products to reach you in the safest way possible. All domestic orders ship with tracking numbers via UPS Ground service or FedEx Home. 

If you are ordering from outside of the US, you may contact us with the details and we are happy to prepare a custom shipping quote. For international orders, please be mindful of your own country's customs regulations, as we cannot and will not be held responsible for any taxes, fees, loss or damage resulting from your package's processing through that system.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If your item is damaged please contact us immediately and we will arrange for you to receive either a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs.  Damaged items must be received back within 60 days for a full refund.

Due to the customized nature of our designs, unfortunately we can not accept returns.  Please make sure to discuss all details with us before placing an order. 

Privacy Policy

We will only use your shipping and billing address and contact information to communicate with you about an order, to fulfill your order, or for legal reasons such as paying taxes.  Your contact information will never be given or sold without your knowledge.
